itself is large, cool and comfortable with en-suite rooms. An
additional bed can be provided in each room for a small additional
cost. All rooms have a small seating area with tea & coffee making
facilities. Hair dryers are provided in each room as well as over night
toiletries. |

With around 300 days of sunshine a year, great food and wine alongside the laid-back French lifestyle - the Languedoc is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Wine has been produced here for many hundreds of years and is the home of a number of Chateaux and Domaines with a growing reputation for quality and character. Food and drink are very important to the locals here, and you can't fail to be impressed: fish, oysters or mussels from the Mediteranean, fruit and vegetables from the local markets. Local attractions include World Heritage Sites such as Carcassonne with it's fairytale castle, the celebrated ruins of the mountain top Cathar castles, the Canal du Midi - the famous green ribbon winding its way through the Aude from Bordeaux to Montpellier, the rolling hills, giving way to the Pyrenees mountains. Summer beaches, winter skiing in the Pyrenees. Festivals, markets, concerts and fireworks. Open all year round except from November to end January. Secure off-road parking including garage parking for motorbikes House trained animals are welcome by prior arrangement |
