In the heart of Nice, a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, the Villa Victoria invites you to discover the beauty of the lovely old city of Nice: large sunshine colored rooms, a superb botanical garden and a private beach on the magnificent " Baie des Anges " The medieval quarter and Venetian flower market is less than five minutes walk and the main shopping streets are all around you. Accommodations: 38 comfortable single, double, twin and triple rooms, decorated in good modern taste: all have ensuite bath/toilet or shower/toilet and facilities include air conditioning, central heating, phone, colour TV with satellite channels, room safe, trouser press and minibar. Some rooms are also designated non-smoking - please request. Hotel facilities include a guests' lounge and bar.  Please note, there is no elevator.

The bus stop for the airport shuttle is about 400 metres from the door and costs about $4 (2.50 pounds sterling each way). The journey takes about 15 minutes. If you are travelling by car, the hotel has a small car park of its own - space is very limited and we can ask for it when you make your reservation - we cannot guarantee the space but we can make a request - it costs a small amount per day (last count 12 euros per day). You may use the hotel's beach but, be advised, you will have to pay extra for sun beds and sun shades.  Essential visits whilst you are in residence: The medieval fortified villages and sanctuaries of modern day artists - St Paul (Chagalle is buried here), Opio and of course Tourrettes. The medieval walled town of Vence. The perfumeries of Grasse. The old Venetian flower market at Nice. The old town and harbour of Cannes - there are free beaches to the eastern end of the Croisette. The seashore villages and towns of Villefranche-sur-Mer, Antibes and Cap Ferrat.
