Between the sea and the Cevennes mountains on the border of the Petite Camargue,  20 kms from the sea and half way between Nimes and Montpellier, Le Cigallou is an old stone country house with large swimming pool and wonderfully wild garden surrounded by fields and woods. The house is also within easy driving range of  Arles, Avignon, Aigues Mortes and Les Saintes Marie de La Mer.

 



There are two comfortable bedrooms, one a double and the other a larger family room sleeping a maximum of 5: each room with its own toilet and shower room facilities.

Continental breakfast, served on the terrace in summer is included in the basic tariff.
For other meals there is a really good choice of restaurants in the area.

Aigues-Vives is an old Roman encampment Aiga Viva (Living Water).

Discover the historic treasures in the surrounding villages, towns and cities - this is the France of ancient Rome.
Horseriding is readily accessible nearby, also there is mountain biking, both river and sea fishing, and sailing.
