Les Carmalites

Isle sur Sorgue - East of Avignon
PR 08

Once a Carmalite monastic lodge, this old Mas set in the tranquil countryside near L'Isle sur Sorgue in Provence, has been totally restored to provide luxurious accommodations. With extensive gardens, a large swimming pool and terrace Les Carmalites provides the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of modern day life, and in the evening a gastronomic delight using local grown produce to finish the perfect day.

The town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue is a must with it's narrow streets, abundance of antique shops, street cafes, and small restaurants offering good food to suit everyone's taste. Its Provencal market is held every Sunday and takes over the town centre completely.

A family affair, providing traditional French life in one of the most beautiful parts of France, for the traveller looking for something special.
