Cosy and peaceful bedrooms in the old barn on the
other side of the courtyard from the main farmhouse are authentically
decorated, and retain their exposed stone walls.
There is a family suite (50 square metres) available which sleeps 4 to
5 people in 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, and another large bedroom
(30 square metres) sleeping 2 to 4, again with private shower room.
From your bedroom, you have views across to the wonderful to the 18th
century Abbaye Juaye Mondaye.
There is room for children to run around in
safety outside in the courtyard and garden furniture is provided for
those wishing to sit relax and soak up the birdsong and other sounds of
the countryside.


Breakfast a continental
affair, offering tea, coffee or
hot chocolate, French bread, croissants and
pains au chocolat, butter and jams, fresh fruit and juices,
is included in our basic
tariff and served in the ground floor dining room: dinner at the farm,
featuring home cooked traditional Normandy recipes served in a
convivial atmosphere in the old family dining room. Expect tarte
flambe, Bessin seafood, guinea fowl with the apples, Bayeux Pork or
Auge escalopes, then there are the cheeses - le Colonel( Livarot),
Camembert d'Isigny, Pont Lévêque; and the desserts:
Teurgoule or Creme Brulee. And the drinks of the region - cider,
Pommeau and Calvados apple-brandy. 5 courses 26€ per
person; 14€ for children up to 10 years old.
