Rose Art is an old wine merchant's house on the edge of the village of Vernantois with lovely views across the meadows and orchards. You will find that your hosts are kindly and hospitable, giving endless time to help you with your plans for exploration of this beautiful but unknown area of France - this is truly "La France Profonde". The village is very pretty with many ancient vignerons' houses.

There is an art gallery which exhibits the works of remarkably famous modern artists in the ancient vaulted basement of the house. Monique is an talented embroiderer herself.
Accommodations: Simple accommodations but with lovely views through the windows and a babbling brook to sing you to sleep.

Room 1: Twin bedded room with shower and WC

Room 2: Suite to sleep up to four persons with shower and wc

There is a garden where there is a play house for children and a piano in the salon that you are welcome to play. There is a golf course nearby.

The basic tariff includes continental breakfast: Dinner, an excellent family style meal is available at additional cost paid locally.
