Dieffenbach is one of those typically
pretty
Alsace villages among vineyards, orchards and woods and Maison Fleurie
a charming chalet style house overflowing with flowers on the hillside.
There is a well kept garden and wonderful country walks, which commence
from the gate.
The bedrooms are not enormous but, never
the less, comfortable and clean in a simple Alsatian style. There are
three
guest rooms and a small studio, all have en-suite shower and toilet.
The
studio also has a kitchenette. An extra bed can be provided for a child
or third person in all rooms. Guests are welcome to make use of the
salon,
which has easy seating and a TV, and the pretty garden.

Continental break fast, which is included in our tariff, is served on the terrace in good weather or in the dining room. Dinner is not served in house but there several good restaurants nearby. Your hostess speaks passable English and makes your stay a joy with her cheery hospitality - she is a mine of entertaining information about things to do in the vicinity.
